Families are the backbone of any successful school and there are plenty of benefits to establishing relationships with our students' families. A few of our favorite family activities are listed below.
This fun family event is always a popular activity beloved by all. This event brings families together for a night of exercising and socializing with the school community.
STEM Boat Races
Every fall, teams of 7/8th graders create boats during their STEM class periods. These boats have to face the "float test" in front of their families at the local swimming pool. This evening always provides a lot of entertainment!
Parents and Grandparents are welcome to join us for the annual Halloween parade. Students love to show off their costimes!
St. Joseph Catholic School hosts an annual school carnival in March. The children love the games and prizes.
Catholic Schools Week Parents Breakfast
Every year the school provides a delicious breakfast for parents and students. We invite our parents in to showcase the fun events of Catholic Schools Week and gives the students a chance to show their parents their classrooms.
Every fall, grandparents are invited into the building for a delicious lunch. Students are always proud to show off their school for their grandparents, and we enjoy watching grandparents and students getting to enjoy quality time together!
